The Path to your Recovery

Remote IOP

Remote IOP is an online substance abuse treatment program more for moderate or severe drug use and can include mental health treatment that may accompany your substance abuse therapy.

Remote IOP requires that patients regularly attend scheduled groups that meet online 4 days a week for 3 hours per day. Our clinical staff facilitates and guides all group therapy sessions.  In online group meetings, video teleconferencing enables you to see and interact with other group members. This program is heavily group-focused, and you will enjoy a sense of community with your fellow group members. You will also benefit from a weekly one-on-one counseling session with a Williamsville Wellness therapist.

Smart IOP

SmartIOP is a self-study online substance abuse treatment program offering regular therapy on the patient’s schedule. In our smartIOP, you participate in the program whenever is most convenient for you. As you progress through the program, you will meet one-on-one with your therapist and case manager in set intervals to monitor your progress and help relate the material you have been learning back to your own specific circumstances.

The program is designed for mild to moderate substance abuse problems and is extremely flexible with individual schedules. Though we intend for patients to complete smartIOP in 6-12 weeks, you decide when to finish each session.

Remote PHP

This online substance abuse treatment program provides therapy 5 days a week for 5 hours a day. Each day consists of 3 hours of therapist-facilitated group counseling and 2 additional hours of individual one-on-one therapy or other treatment activities.

If you cannot control your substance use problem and you need daily support, this is the program for you!

The traditional PHP schedule involves a cohesive 5 hour block, but we do offer an alternative schedule that allows you to do your 2 additional hours during the day and attend online night groups from 6-9pm to allow some time in between.

Recovery Maintenance

The Recovery Maintenance Program (RMP) is a year-long course designed to give patients continued support after successfully completing other short-term treatment programs such as Intensive Outpatient, Partial Hospitalization, and Residential. The Recovery Maintenance Program uses psycho-educational videos in tandem with individual therapy sessions at regular intervals throughout the year. This approach keeps the patients’ recovery top of mind which increases their chances of uninterrupted sobriety in the years to come!
